What is DEAFinite Connections?
DEAFinite Connections provides private, language-accessible education for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. Founded by two educators—one Deaf and one hearing—we work closely with families to create individualized community-based education plans that support meaningful learning across home, school, and community settings.Our approach is collaborative and strengths-based. We partner with parents and participants to develop personalized plans that focus on improving communication access and building skills that support long-term success.
Who do we serve?
We support Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, youth, and adults (ages 4 through adulthood), including individuals who:Community outings are supported by two qualified educators, allowing for enhanced safety, communication access, and individualized support during real-world learning experiences. Services are billed hourly and typically range from $125/hr, depending on the type of support and level of individualization required.
Many families access our services through Passport Funding, Special Services at Home (SSAH) and through the generosity of our Sponsors. We are happy to discuss how our services can be aligned with available funding and your family’s goals.
